Progression Blocker - Return to mantis after Tomb of Miktrull

Summarize your bug The first part of this bug may be unrelated to the progression blocking issue I'm experiencing, but I'm including this anyway in case it helps investigate. At the force pull tutorial in the tomb of miktrull, I appear to have died at the same time as the flashback sequence started. The result is that I spawned back in the real world as a padawan instead of adult Cal. I progressed for a while, not realizing this wasn't part of the game. I ended up eventually realizing something was wrong as I was fighting stormtroopers as a kid without a lightsaber, so I reset the game. I spawned as adult Cal in the same area and was able to finish the Tomb of Miktrull. Once I unlocked the elevator and left, I returned to the ship as normal... since that's my objective "return to the mantis", but nothing happens when I'm there. Looking at walkthroughs, I should have either been fought by a Bounty Hunter in the back entrance of the turbine room, or Ba Gonk in the ice cave, but going to either of those locations, I just see normal enemies. My game is stuck at 49% progression, I've tried exploring the whole planet, going to other planets and coming back, meditating at every save point, rebooting the game and console many times... nothing fixes it. I'm stuck, and I don't want to restart the game as it feels like the whole game is broken, seeing all these progression blocker reports that aren't even the same as this one. I don't trust that my next playthrough will be good, and I frankly don't feel like repeating everything I already did.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? - Progress through the game to the tomb of miktrull - At the force pull tutorial part, fall to your death as the tutorial starts - Notice you respawn as kid Cal, but outside the force pull tutorial - Reach a save point, save, and reload the game to respawn as adult Cal - Finish the tomb of miktrull - Reach the ship and notice no boss fight spawns to throw you in prison
What happens when the bug occurs? I can't progress through the game
What do you expect to see? A fix so I can progress past 49% progression! Other people also experienced this same issue.

Please fix this major bug, I was enjoying the game despite the other bugs, but this one is too much.
