Re: Invalid License, missing DLL gfsdk_aftermath_lib.x64.dll

I did some before and after testing and determined that in my case something about the video editor (VSDC) breaks the Origin 'anti-cheat' software.  Or VSDC is malware or something?

If you use something like REVO-Uninstaller before you install vsdc, then you can roll-back.  Otherwise, I had to restore from a backup.

I've reached out to VSDC and if they share anything useful, I will come back here to share.

  • I finally was able to fix my issue.  I installed both the 32 bit and 64 bit version of Visual C++  Then, since I purchased through Epic Games, allowed the Epic Games launcher install the Origin Client.  After that the game worked.  Hope that helps someone

Thanks for sharing.  What is Vscript?  I don't find it in when I windows key /start / search.  Wondering if it's related to my issue with VSDC..

    Thanks!
