I am new to this and learning to navigate. I see some comments related to me but i do not see any solutions. I’m still having the same issues.  How do I request a physical copy of the game instead of trying to trouble shoot the digital version.

You would need to purchase a physical copy of the game. However, most likely that's not the issue. Did you try anything that was suggested in that thread?

There are multiple suggestions for possible solutions. I advise you try them all to see if any resolve this for you.

So there is actually no glitch here. I encountered this “apparent problem” myself today and the issue is you need to do as the tutorial suggests which is block attacks from the storm troopers before the prompt changes and then you’ll eventually be able to move on. Hope this helps.
