Re: Anti cheat doesnt trust joystick system file

Update:

I just deleted the file and changed the name of the 32bit version (EZFRD32.dll) to 64 (EZFRD64.dll).

The game now launches with the joystick plugged in.

The Joystick is still fully functional at least in the driver menu.

But now the game interprets the joystick as a controller, so that the descriptions are really confusing and the yaw and the upper 8-way d-pad is not recognized.

Anybody advice?

  • Same here, i have a phatom hawk filghtstick and anticheat block game to run.
I can't play with my joystick. if i unplug the joysitck game run correctly. i have the Steam Version

  • Thanks for your help but Disabling steam input (yt video) did not fix for me and Deleting ezfrd64.dll and renaming 32 to 64 give me same problem as you.
The only work solution is to unistall joystick driver and let windows install default one compatible driver maybe this wirk for you too.
But this is not the right solution because i lost vibration functionality needed in other games / sims and some specific joyistick configuration that i need.

Please EA or Easy anti cheat devs help us to solve this issue, how a simple .dll file for a joystick is reconized as not secure and block entire game to running??
How can we do? or who need to solve this? maybe who create the dll ? please help thanks.

I think i figurerd out how to deal with this problem:

1.Rename the file to get the game to run with a joystick attached.

2.To use every button on the joystick and get the right descriptions install vjoy and joystick gremlin and create a virtual joystick which uses physical input to function.

    Remaining problems:

1.Since yesterday evening my game crashes randomly

2.The physical inpupt is still recognized by the game which leads sometimes to sudden unusability of the joystick in the game
