In my case, PS4 version is not even recognizon its own save file after I downloaded it from the PS+ Cloud Save. I tried deleted the save file, and redownload it from the game thumbnail in the PS5 main menu. Any help would be appreciated!
UPDATE: I already solved it.
I realized I was just downloading the Game User Data, but not the Progress Data. For some reason that one wasn't on my Save Cloud. However, I went to my PS4 and there were three files: User Data, Save Data and BackUp Save.
I copied them to my USB and downloaded them to my PS5 (Deleted PS5 save first, as someone suggested here previously). Launched the PS5 version of the game and there was the option "Use PS4 save data" (something like that).
