Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order Crashes on Startup

Sometimes, the game works properly and I get to play it for a few hours. Sometimes the issue still persists. It can' t be system requirements.

I have an intel i5 laptop.

This is the report of every crash

I wanted to say I am experiencing the same thing. I launched the first time and it ran 15-25fps on my system i5-10351g 4 core/8 threads 12gb ddr4 with Intel- UHD -G1 graphics. I was happy with that performance and the story helped. I finished the first chapter and quit. Went baack to start playing again and it refuses to run. the opening videos play crashes to desktop before main menu. 

My game crashes at the unreal engine symbol every time i launch, ive tried everything ive found on google and steps EA Suport have suggested.
