    Hey Lengaroo. How are you?

Is it possible to share that information they sent you? Can you post the text in the email here? Im sure we would all appreciate the opportunity to look through it. Thanks.

This is the e-mail they sent me, its all encrypted so I can't copy and paste so ill re type it in hopes someone can find a fix and get back to me. thank you

We're aware that some players using Direct X 12 have performance issues, while we're working on a fix for this, we recommend that you change your settings to use DirectX 11 instead.

    Here's how:

In game, (which I cannot launch so it doesn't help) go to the home screen.

    click options, then video.

Scroll to enable DirectX 12 and toggle the switch to off.

Restart the game to apply the change.

Please try to run the "can you run it" program to see if your pc meets the minimum requirements of the game and if there are some out dated drivers that you need to update. you may use this link http://www.systemrequirementslab.com/cyri

kindly choose star wars battlefront 2 on the games tab. click on "can you run it". and please desktop app if prompted.
