How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? At summit ridge gap next to the elevator with a floating balloon.
What happens when the bug occurs? No option for BD-1 scan.
What do you expect to see? Option to scan.
No option to allow BD-1 to scan.
I’ve got the exact same bug and now can’t progress any further through the game. The next mission on the shattered moon requires you to unlock this ability. There’s absolutely no way I’m starting again from square one after spending 20-30 hours on this save.
Hello guys for me the same, its like bd1 make the detect sound but wont scan, no option to press button appears. We cannot continue the history, any solution?

@polloloco2502 and anyone else still seeing this issue, you need to have completed two missions on the Shattered Moon before progressing past Summit Ridge. This is by design. More details in the spoiler in case you want clarification.
