Unable to fight the Ninth Sister

After my light saber breaks in two I cant really do anything except raise my left or right arm holding the saber up in the air and die. Can't fight back or do anything to finish him off. This is on a PC with a keyboard and even with an xbox controller. Nothing happens. He just stands there with his arms going up and down trying to parry. Sometimes even the Ninth Sissy doesnt even show up to fight. If I continue I get a warning moving forward could cause unforseen issues with my game. What gives? Bug?
