I've tried solving this issue by searching all over the internet for the past 5 hours with no success. I'm guessing it's an automatic update that was done, however i could not find any previous updates to restore too.
- Anonymous7 years agoGo into Device Manager and right click the integrated graphics. Uninstall it....
Just go in windows Device Manager and uninstall the Vega graphics APU so it won't interfere with your external gfx card. Very simple fix. Took me hours to find it myself.
