Error 721 I've tried everything

I cannot connect to the servers. I get error 721 every time. I have spammed the connect button, set my dns to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4, verified files, restarted computer, clean reinstalled both the game and ea,  I have made sure both the game and ea are allowed through my firewall, and have restarted my router and modem. I have done more I just cant remember them all. If there is anything I can try please let me know I really wanna play. Thanks!
