Black screen on launch

I just bought the game and when I tried to boot it I just got a black screen. I could hear the music and the menu buttons when I used the mouse but not see anything. What should I do?

    I fixed it by going in to documents and changing fullscreen to 1 and hdr to 0. Why wouldnthey make it so hard to fix?https://youtu.be/HkSMyOnid3w?si=Geed4EzPfNBypVRC

    some time you got to let is sit for 5 minutes sometime when you first start playing or after a new gpu driver
