Summarize your bug Basically the moment you touch water on quality or performance mode on Koboh there is a huge drop in fps and screen tearing. 
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Riverbed Watch on Koboh, and all areas with water. Run in the water. As soon as the Player Character touches the water, the performance and stability of the game severely drops.
What happens when the bug occurs? Massive Fps Drops and Screen tearing, game crashed once.
What do you expect to see? Smooth 30fps on Quality Mode, Smooth 60fps on Performance Mode
