[OPEN] Stuck outside Jedha temple with Merrin, can't open door

Didn't save at any meditation point in this sequence.
Seems to be game breaking and a possible restart here would be devastating. have about 30 hours of progress.

While playing as Cere on Jedha, I died during the battle with the two AT-ATs and upon respawning the door that had opened to go through the hideout was closed. I can no longer proceed in the game and will have to make a new save file unless this is patched.

This is the exact issue i am having, I'm stuck as cere and can't go in or around the hangar due to invisible death barriers. After respawning i always return to the screenshot screen above as mentioned. There is no way to continue to get into hangar and Cere is talking as Cals voice when i opened a chest or found a random enemy in the desert. I have explored in the direct opposite of the hangar for a long long ways without respawning due to death barrier. upon reloading the game every time i end up outside of hangar door.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Current Objective: reach the hangar- Cere is stuck outside of hangar with Merrin after player death. Location Jedha: Arid flats.
What happens when the bug occurs? Upon respawning, Cere is outside of hangar and is unable to maneuver around to get into hangar due to death barriers surrounding the hangar. Play time has equaled around 25 hours of gameplay. I have been able to wander in the desert opposite the hangar and have found random enemies still alive. I even found a chest i had missed and cals voice was coming out of Cere o.O
What do you expect to see? Looking to respawn at alternate respawn point besides at the beginning of the fight sequence when the republic is first attacking the hangar.

Please assist with this game breaking bug. game has been fun to this point, story and all. I don't want to restart game after long play through.

Unfortunate that there hasn't been a reply from EA at least acknowledging the issues in this thread if they're going to merge the posts together. These reports aren't even of the same bugs, only one person in this compiled thread had the same issue as I did. Additionally, to have support agents in other threads similar in nature to this one ask if we can "try loading a somewhat earlier save as a workaround and see if that fixes the issue?" not only shows how out-of-touch the support is, but also how egregious and devoid of common sense it is to release a game with no option to reload a previous save, or even restart a mission. Either of these would have fixed countless errors that have resulted in the game being unplayable, locked and unable to progress.

If these issues do not receive some acknowledgement from EA within the next 48 hours I will be refunding the game, and I encourage everyone else here to do the same- not like we would be able to enjoy it anyway.

I've moved your post out of another thread. Seems like someone thought it was the same issue and merged it there. Now it is more clear.

It's very annoying that you can't progress further. Hopefully they will fix these hard-stuck issues soon.
