[OPEN] Stuck outside Jedha temple with Merrin, can't open door

I also just encountered this issue. Absolutely heartbreaking considering the amount of time I have put into this game.

Pleas fix

I was playing as Cere in stall the empires attack.  Got through the 1st part and ran to the front of temple to continue the battle holding off the walkers. Cere glitched and I couldn't use my saber, force or even jump so I died. When it respawned it put me back to the 1st part of the battle and the temple door won't open to get back to the front where the walkers are. If you try to leave the area and go around you just automatically die. Very frustrating.  

Guess we are going to have to wait for another patch so they can maybe fix this bug. Should be so easy to fix, just unlock the damn door!

Summarize your bug I died playing through the defend the hangar sequence as Cere. It respawns you to the first location of the sequence with no enemy and a locked door. Whenever you try to access through different locations you hit a death barrier. You can access other parts of the map, but you take on the voice of Cal and cannot utilize any meditation points.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Die as Cere when you are up against the two AT-ATs.
What happens when the bug occurs? You get stuck outside the temple with Merrin playing as Cere with Cals voice running into death barriers.
What do you expect to see? I expect the bug to be fixed. I really don't want to start the game over I paid 70$ for the game I should get a working product. An estimate of when the next patch will release would be nice Aswell.

Latest Patch fixed this problem for me

Summarize your bug While playing as Cere and defending the hangar, I was killed and was respawned outside of the temple but the door was closed. The door has no way of being opened and there is no alternative route to another entrance to continue the mission. Restarting the game and reloading saves did not solve this issue and there are no other ways to work around to this issue other than restarting the story on a new save.
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? While playing the mission as Cere and defending the hangar and getting killed, you will respawned outside with no way to get back inside.
What happens when the bug occurs? The door to enter and continue the mission is permanently closed.
What do you expect to see? An open door that would allow you to continue the mission.

Door cannot be opened with force push or in any other way.

Just use a force push (R2 at PS5 Controller). at the door. Worked for me to get in and out. You guys scared me :D
