How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Unsure, I have completed the main story and done all other tears / achievements. This is the final thing I need to complete.
What happens when the bug occurs? Fractured Malice Force Tear on Coruscant is broken in my game. The icon is missing on the map, but the void tear is physically there. Upon completing the tear, then opening up the map, the icon appears but now in place of the Tear name you get 'FORCE TEAR: %%ERROR VOID TEAR NAME' instead. - see screenshots No achievement pops, as this is the last tear i need to complete.
What do you expect to see? An icon for the tear on the map before completing the Tear. Then text saying Completed and the name Fractured Malice Force Tear. An achievement to pop upon completing the tear.
