can't jump that high

after I passed Koboh, freed Dagan Gera, I walked around a bit, didn't do anything extra, headed to Mantis and flew to Jedha. I reached the point, where Cal meets Merrin, after defeating stormtroopers and droids, Cas have to jump on the other side, but I just can't and idk why, maybe my laptop too weak for it, but it runs ain't that bad (Lenovo V15-ADA, AMD Ryzen 5 3500U, RAM 12 gb (it was 8, I upgraded to 12), GPU AMD Radeon(TM) Vega 8 Graphics).

so, there'se video below, where I can't jump that high. I watched a few gameplay videos on youtube, where they passed it so easy. idk what's wrong with it, could you please help me ?
