Re: unable to launch the game from the EA App

First - check system requirements.

Try these steps:
- disable any vpn/proxy
- run cmd with Admin rights
- enter commands (copy-paste it):

ECHO Y | CHKDSK C: /F /X
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /spsuperseded /hidesp
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup /ResetBase
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

- wait for the end and restart the PC

- disable any vpn/proxy
- run cmd with Admin rights
- enter a command:

SFC /SCANNOW

- wait for the end and restart the PC

- install this with Admin rights:
https://aka.ms/vs/17/release/vc_redist.x86.exe
https://aka.ms/vs/17/release/vc_redist.x64.exe

- disable any vpn/proxy
- disable any screen capture, Internet video/audio capture software for testing
- disable any RGB hardware lightning software for testing
- try to launch the game


If these steps do not help try next:
- Disable "controlled folder access"

- If u have OneDrive software installed - disable it, if u do not use it - uninstall it.
- try to launch the game


If it did not help give me a _report_.txt file: in the command prompt (cmd) running with Admin rights enter commands then attach to a message _report_.txt file from the root folder of С:\ drive, then delete this file

Msinfo32 /report "C:\%COMPUTERNAME%_report_%date%.txt"

Also, try to find some games error/dump files in this dir and attach them too:

"C:\Users\<Your OS user name>\AppData\Local\SwGame"
"C:\Users\<Your OS user name>\Saved Games\Respawn\JediSurvivor"
"<Steam_folder>\steamapps\compatdata\1774580"
