Re: unable to launch the game from the EA App

Hello, like many others I can't get the game to launch. I've uninstalled and redownloaded multiple times, tried clearing the EA app cache, tried repairing the game, uninstalled ea app and reinstalled, tried repairing with the old origin app, all of my drivers are up to date, tried to change to the nvidia studio driver for giggles, windows 11 is up to date, tried some disk fixing shenanigans suggest by another fella on these forums, all with no luck. The game never launches, the EA app just keeps restarting after I try to launch from there. I have a ryzen 5900x and an RTX 3090, specs cannot be the issue. I just purchased the EA play pro to only play this game, and its not working. I don't want to wait for you to eventually fix it while I pay for a subscription for a game that doesn't work. How do I get a refund on the EA play pro? I might buy it for my PS5 instead, but I'm sure as heck not going to pay for the subscription that doesnt work on pc and full price for the game on PS5.

    When i press "play" button EA app's window disappears and then appears again. I don't get any message or error notification.

    I know a ton of people are saying the same thing but I can't get the game to open at all. I've updated my computer, run as administrator (app and game), updated the app (twice), the game, redownloaded it, installed it again and again, and repaired the game so many times I can't count. So when I try to start the game it says its loading then EA App disappears and then reappears right away. That's it, nothing else happens. I got nothing. Other than asking for a refund I have no idea what to do. 

  • So the Game wont open up /PC/ 

    EA says that I already have 4 minutes playtime in game so I assume it launches the game for like a few secs but before 

    the new window can be opened I get launched back to my destop with the EA app open like nothing happend.

    I tried everything please help.

    • Memory: 8 GB
    • Graphics card (AMD): Radeon RX 580 or Equivalent
    • Graphics card (NVIDIA): GTX 1070 or Equivalent
    • DirectX: 12 Compatible video card or equivalent
    • Hard-drive space: 155 GB
