Re: Game freezes when directed to use RB to get Bode to attack

Summarize your bug Team, Game freezes near beginning of game when Asked to hit the box button to ask for help. Jedi is to use console and then hit the block button. I have uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times. I have started from beginning with new saves. Freezes in the exact same spot Please provide assistance
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Near beginning of game. After first meditation. Jedi slides down a ramp abs jump across a ravine. Fight off some soldiers and then need to use console. When use console need to hit block for help. Game freezes at that point
What happens when the bug occurs? Game freeze. Can’t access anything game wise. PlayStation don’t freeze. Game does
What do you expect to see? A resolution

    @Brutha-briggs  I've merged your post with another thread for this issue.  Did you remap your controller buttons, and if so, does it help to revert to the default settings?  Even if you don't want to play like that going forward, it could help you get through this scene.

    You'll notice on-screen that the game doesn't list the other button you're supposed to press, and in similar situations, I've found that pressing the original key, then the one I want to use, works most of the time.  In this case, you're supposed to hold the Force button (square), then press the Attack button (whatever you've remapped it to) to tell Bode to attack.

    Alternately, you could disable the tutorial for now.  I don't know whether it helps in this exact case, but it works elsewhere.
