How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? If you were to quickly get on the creature without waiting for her it will happen at least once.
What happens when the bug occurs? She levitates in front in the position of when she would sit behind Cal.
What do you expect to see? As funny as it was. It would probably be better to keep it from happening. That it would normal and would not distract the story line.

It only happened in the desert Planet of Jedha as far as playing it once through. There was a bug after meeting with Master Cordova and Merrin. You can get stuck within the walls of the game and never get out as far as I was not able to with a few tries. I did quit the game and got right back in turning off the console and turned on the cooling fan extension and it did work. Although I think it would be safe to check that as well.
