hello, i have a rtx 2060 super and i5 10400f
but my gpu usage is 30% and my cpu usage is 60%
and i get 25-40 fps in low settings and amd fsr on in ultra performance

Someone with more experience mixing FSR and DLSS can likely help you more than I. However, I'm curious what FPS you see when you have FSR disabled and DLSS enabled.
FWIW here is what I see with my 4070 Ti.
While my FPS would inherently be higher on a 4070 Ti, I wanted to point out that CPU usage is supposed to be low.
If you are still having issues after disabled FSR, I suggest you attach a DXDIAG report, as someone may spot something.
