How to you get the app to look for existing save files?

So, my entire progress on Jedi Survivor has officially been lost. 60 hours in, all the perks, collectables, upgrades, skill points, NG+ perks everything... gone. 

A corrupted cloud save just got worse and worse. I tried running as admin, Access permissions, about 20 repair game tries, verify files, everything, at the end all I've got is nothing. 

Between that, the constant crashing, painfully slow download/update speeds and lack of useful options, I'd like to congratulate EA on the worst launching app ever. 

Is there ANY way to get this stupid app to search for existing save files on my pc, because I've been unable to find it. It might fix the issue, though at this stage, I'm not holding out any hope.

  • @jagrider  Running the EA App in offline mode should force the App to use the local save.  Having said that, the local save might simply mirror the cloud save and be just as corrupted.

    I have some backup saves lying around if you'd rather not start from scratch.  It's not the same as rescuing your own save, sure, but if you'd at least like one to complete so you can then start a new NG+, just ask.

    Local saves are stored here:

    C:\Users\username\Saved Games\Respawn\JediSurvivor

    Hi, can I get this save file? How do I get it to work? I've lost everything at this point and the game just feels like a chore to start over. I was into NG+ and had everything 97% complete, now it's all gone. At this point I'm gonna open up a refund from EA
