Looking at the log...

Surely if you just manually add this file from an outside source life would be fine again?... lets try...

I tried what @proxos666 mentioned and let the launcher download archives while I went to sleep and it worked!! Woke up and the game had finish the download completely!
If I ever change to streaming version and keep getting error, I'll try what you mentioned 🙂
