one time password required but wont send?

im booting up the game for the first time since late 24 on a new pc. i've been able to sign into the game online through the downloader website, and i've even changed my password using one time passwords. but every time i open the game launcher and attempt to sign in, it prompts me for a one time password i dont recive. i've waited up to 45 minutes once for it and it never sends, yet when i am on my browser the email gets sent near instantly... anyone able to help with this?
