Client settings overrides the selected Hero appearance

What is your issue related to? General
Summarize your bug If I change the appearance of "my" heroes, then everyone else will appear in those skins, no matter what other players have set in their game settings. So let's say I have set Han's smuggler appearance, then every Han player in HvV, GA will have that appearance. I think the client should respect each players' setting and showing the appearance they set for their hero.

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM)
In what game mode did the bug occur? Heroes vs. Villains
What is your time zone?
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Player1: Change the hero skin to different than the default. Player2: join with default settings.
What happens when the bug occurs? Player2 will appear on Player1's side in the skin what Player1 set in their game instead of Player2's own settings.
What do you expect to see? Client respecting other players' settings.

Not sure if applies to every Hero, I've seen Unmasked Kylo's before 2.0 while I always had Hooded set, but maybe the patch broke it.

Han's smuggler Appearance is definitely bugged, I asked another player who had the default skin, and theiy still appeared wearing the Smuggler skin on my side.

Edit: Some heroes are only affected during the intro sequence.

    It happens with me since launch, but ONLY in the intro scene of HvV. While playing it'll show the skin selected by the player who's controlling the character, not the one I chose. So to me in the intro scene of HvV every Rey will appear in white, every Luke will appear in his Hoth Skin and every Han will appear with a beard, but then when we start playing, if any of these characters are controlled by players using other skins, it'll display the correct skin selected by the player who controls the character.
