Just to clarify my OP, i don't want or expect to have an unlock that i didn't pay for or anything for free; on the contrary; when you are not a sub or didn't buy the unlock, the head gear is always visible, that is what i'd like , for the headgear on all my chars to be set to visible PERMANENTLY (or until i resub or buy the unlock) like when you don' t have that unlock witch i don't.

Recently started playing again after having to let my sub lapse, and am experiencing the same bugs.
Made new outfit profiles on two characters. After switching between outfit profiles, the first character's NEW slot somehow acquired color matching... which I can't toggle off due to being freemium. The second character's new outfit profile, after switching between outfit profiles, has now acquired hide helmet, which I also can't toggle off... You want to know the really obnoxious thing? NONE of the outfit profiles on that character had hidden helmets before.
Do these threads ever get dev responses, or is this forum just to provide the illusion of support and sucker helpful players into providing free labor?
I would think these threads as some form of fake customer service for these bugs seeing as how the last post was a couple months ago(The 1sr being roughly a year ago), and I just experienced the same bug. The game decided to hide helmat on me even though I had 0 ways of enabling it or even clicking it since I'm f2p. Yet it go's ahead and changes it on me, annoying me very very much so. I'll probably continue playing for a couple of days until I switch to aion who doesn't have air quote around "free to play". Was honestly having a fun time playing this as a solo rpg until it messed up my bounty hunters look.Then I have no way of contacting an official to tell them to kindly reset. Not going to spend 15ish bucks to switch my helmat back on. If officials do actually read these and fix the bugs, then my deepest apologys. But the bug exists and is annoying as heck. Please do fix it for other players, but you lost this player just because all you had to do was word free to play as a free trial instead so I knew what I was in for...
