You'll need to submit this in the bug reports section of the forum found here:

If your a subscriber as this is the best way to submit it to the devs or to submit an in-game ticket which also goes to the developers.

if your class mission is still affected - I'd advise sending in a ticket under character > stuck. If you send in a bug report it doesn't go to CS, but to the QA team and you wont get a CS reply to it. This is a class mission block so make sure CS see it
