I've tried following these directions, but I cannot log in at all. The launcher tells me that "The login service is currently unavailable." and the website simply tells me "Login failed." I cannot remove my security key as the directions indicate either (a security key that i got in the collector's edition and have used since day 1) as the box that I'm supposed to click to say that I am missing my key is simply not there. What's more, I do not have reliable cell signal at home. So now I am stuck here, with a friend waiting for me to log on, no way to log on, no way to enact this fix that I have been shown, no way to call and ask for help directly, no way to log in and post to a forum properly, and no email with which to get into contact with the company to fix an issue that should not be present. Given all of that, does anyone know of any way that I could still fix this? I've been working on it for the past 3 hours to no avail.

maybe try a different browser, people are removing the physical key fobs ok

providing the username and password is ok and the key part is left blank you should get the screen shown in this thread to click on the "lost your security key" url

I have the same problem as Shigar. How can I fix it?

When I attempt to log in, that button that allows me to detach the authenticator is not there.

I'm using firefox. do I seriously have to use internet explorer to get this to work? That is such BS

Okay I tried logging in on another computer using edge. Exact same situation. There is no button to strip the authenticator.

Just now managed to log in to the game using my physical security key, after it not working most of the day. Hopefully whatever was broken got fixed, and will stay fixed.

Even when I try to remove it, it still keeps on saying invalidated. I'm pretty sure that I've redid my security key because I got a new phone and haven't been playing in a while. I got back in a month ago. When I don't even put my security key in, what happends is that it keeps on saying invalidated.
