Can't login to SWTor.com or the SWTOR launcher

I was on SWTOR game early today' but now at 5:06 EST I can't login to the launcher the website. The launcher say login services are not available and the website says login failed but i'm typing my a...

UPDATE - Fixed those with physical key fobs should now be able to login

There is an issue logging in with an old security key at present , (one linked prior to Jun 2015)

Removing the key and re-attaching with the new key is one workaround at present.

The old physical key fobs also have this issue

There is this info guide as well (Link) to help remove the key

If the username and password is ok , leave the key part blank then on the next screen click on the lost key link

When I attempt to log in, that button that allows me to detach the authenticator is not there.

I'm using firefox. do I seriously have to use internet explorer to get this to work? That is such BS

Okay I tried logging in on another computer using edge. Exact same situation. There is no button to strip the authenticator.

Just now managed to log in to the game using my physical security key, after it not working most of the day. Hopefully whatever was broken got fixed, and will stay fixed.
