If you have the Streaming Client you can't use the Repair Function, then see above.

If you have the Classic Launcher you need to be logged in the launcher to use the repair function.

If using streaming repair on teh launcher will always be faded it is disabled , see this link to determine repair steps required

I did these steps and I am still having graphic issues.

Similar situation, returning player from beta and launch days. Running an i7 3700 RTX 2080Ti 16 GIGs on Ultra. First started playing, textures were missing, peoples pants were substituted with words, that freaky ghost that possessed me had no head. After deleting the bit raider folder, he had a head and pants had textures.

In character creation heads are still missing.

Missing Chiss Male Head #10 with body type #2

Human Male Head #23 with body type #2

Zabrak Male Head #5 when combined with body type #2

Rattataki Male Head #10 with body type #2

I stopped there, apparently the Asian style eyes and body type 2 are incompatible? I see the hair, horns, piercings etc. just no heads on certain head/body combos throughout the game.

Th that is a current bug and should be sorted in the patch on the 15th see this link
