Question

Hey,&nbsp;Im kinda panicking, I have played this game for over 900 hours on one account thats linked to my steam account. I have had many months to years of the subscriber thing, bought via the swtor site and steam itself. Couple weeks ago i got a new phone, you can guess it no security key on that one.&nbsp;I can not find a clear way to contact the support team directly unless its ingame which i cant acces since i need that key.&nbsp;Anyone got any suggestion?Or if a support member sees this, i could use some help.I have receipts and acces to the steam account still. The email address seems to be my old one still which is strange i thought i changed it but apparently not. I hope the steam account and purchase receipts will be enough.&nbsp;

you need to call swtor support when the lines are open&nbsp;If you cant remove the key yourself as seen in this thread

In the same boat.&nbsp; The call center is useless, some outsourced center in India that can't deviate from their scripts and refuses to help or give me the information to escalate.&nbsp; I've tried 3 times and keep getting the same person.&nbsp; Even though my account is from release, it is not tied to my EA account which I do have access to (the email on the SWTOR account is no longer available) and since it has been changed in the past they will not help.

Unfortunately the policy as far as i am aware is that an account email can only be updated once if that email access is lost, if it occurs a 2nd time then it will not be updated.

A swtor account is tied to an EA account and that EA account would of used the same email address used to create the swtor account originally

Any idea where this policy can be found?&nbsp; I have read thru all the legalese, terms of service and such and I can not find any such written policy anywhere.

that is just something that has been in place for over a decade now, what its origin is i don't know
