According to the ability's description it should knock over only the first enemy it hits, so just to confirm - it doesn't do that just with the first enemy? 🤔 You used the plural form in your post, so I just want to be sure 😉

It doesn't knock over any heroes, ever. I've yet to test it on troopers.
Alright, so yesterday I was able to knock down two people with the shoulder charge. It only worked when the victim was standing still. That may be a condition.
It used to knock down victims even when they were moving and there hasn't been a posted change in patch notes about this.
