You do have the Shield Up in that Phase of the Fight?

- Every single time. As I said I've replicated the process time after time with resulting in my death the moment i get to the stairs. I've tried just buying stronger armor but the GTN is basically devoid of anything stronger since it's player based.
Theoretical this fight should be doable naked, okay only for a few cracks,
but gear shouldn't be a great part of that fight, do you you have all gear on 208 rating and augmented?
Best place to get gear are the Crystal Vendors on fleet.
When you have the shild up you shoud get healing, if that isn't the case, try restarting the Game, restetting the Phase
then an repair.
- What stat is it that should be 208 defense? Because mine is currently at 104
The item Rating of your Gear of all parts.

Then Gear and Class knowledge are probably your Problem now.
At this time i would recommend, do something else in Game until Tuesday, then Level your char to 70, get the best Gear you can buy with Credits at an Vendor look for Augmentations,
read an 5.0 Class Guide for example on dulfy.com
- I suppose the extra 5 levels can't hurt. It'll beef up my health. I'll grind some flash points starting Tuesday then. Thanks for all the help and I'll read that guide.
As a side note, I'd say gearing is a huge issue for you. Defense is a stat only useful for tanks, which a Sith Sorceror is not. As a Sith Sorceror, you should be focusing on Power, Alacrity, and Crit, with Accuracy as well if you are a damaging spec. You should not have any gear or augment with Defense, absorb, or shield, as they will do nothing for you except block stat points you could have in useful stats for your class. Definitely recommend reading a guide for your class on Dulfy, they'll give you an idea of how to gear properly to maximize your damage output.
Proper gearing would help, and if you hit up the crystal vendors, you need Force-Lord, or Force Healer gear, don't get Duelist, that is tanking gear, and will do you no good. The vendors are in the section before the Galactic Market on Fleet, if you are going counterclockwise around Fleet, on the inner side of the section, the ones you need are marked with your class symbol, hand with lightning bolts for Sorceror and Assassin.
