im from Brazil - Lost Access to Account – Security Key Issue
Hello, I’m from Brazil and I’ve recently encountered an issue accessing my SWTOR account.
I recently changed the alias on my Microsoft account and also started using a new smartphone. Since the Security Key was linked to my old phone, I no longer have access to it. As a result, I’m unable to log in to my SWTOR account.
I attempted to deactivate the Security Key via email, but at that time, my account alias was different.
I’ve since reverted my alias back to the original one and waited over 1 day before trying again. However, I haven’t received any email or update regarding the deactivation process.
Additionally, I still have some image files from previous OTP (One-Time Password) requests. For security reasons, I have not attached them here, but I am willing to send them directly to the support team if needed to verify my identity.
I’m also unable to contact the SWTOR support phone number because I live in Brazil and don’t have access to international calling. I would really appreciate any help you can provide via email or through the support website.
Could you please assist me in recovering access to my SWTOR account or guide me through the steps I should take?
