What stat is it that should be 208 defense? Because mine is currently at 104

Then Gear and Class knowledge are probably your Problem now.
At this time i would recommend, do something else in Game until Tuesday, then Level your char to 70, get the best Gear you can buy with Credits at an Vendor look for Augmentations,
read an 5.0 Class Guide for example on dulfy.com
