Summarize your bug Count Dooku can use his Exposed Weakness without cooldown or/and animation and on multiple targets at once. It also stacks the damage so it is possible to literally one-shot a hero. It has to do with using it while performing other animations.

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug? Only a week ago but I assume it's always been there.
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM)
In what game mode did the bug occur? Heroes vs. Villains
What is your time zone?
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Use Dooku, use his standard attacks and press the exposed weakness ability button right after while the animation is not finished.
What happens when the bug occurs? It activates the Exposed Weakness ability with no cooldown or animation, thus allowing for multiple target to get hit by it multiple times at once.
What do you expect to see? This not happening?
