I lost all my milestone progress after doing the It Calls To You challenge, help

What happens when the bug occurs? It erases all of your progress in milestones but says they’re done and you don’t get the Rey skin
What do you expect to see? The Rey skin

I tried to do the challenge once but it didn’t work so I did it again and it worked but when I went back to claim it all my progress in milestones was lost and no Rey skin. Which wouldn’t be to much of a problem I’ll just do it again but if I go look at the data it says it’s complete please help
