Game keeps crashing when trying to sign in to EA

I've played battlefront loads, but on a ps4. Now I'm trying to sign in on my brother's Xbox One. I get on, load until it pops up and tells me to put in the email for my EA account. And I usually get as far as putting in my password, but it crashes before I can even click enter. I tried like three times and it didn't work. Then I went onto my brother's account and it loaded just fine. I was even able to play a full game. Then I went back to my account and the same thing happened.
