G-Sync/Freesync Issue (PC)

Basically I have a setup where the monitor shows the g-sync/freesync frequency hardwired  on my primary gaming screen,  its an overlay specific to the monitor to make sure G-Sync/freesync is working.

I have the game locked at 100FPS for streaming purposes.  Pre latest patch the monitor overlay hovered between 98 and 102 and was solid to how g-sync works matching my FPS output to my monitors refresh rate.  Since the latest patch it is now stuck at 144hz,  the maximum refresh rate for the monitor but my actual fps is 98-102 as shown by origin overlay.  

It appears the latest patch has broken g-sync/freesync and the variable refresh rate is not functioning.

It's added a level of input lag to the game,  makes it unplayable and the screen tear is awful,  which is why this tech was developed in the first place.

I've just been on to EA support,  they didn't even know what G-Sync was,  then proceeded me down a rabbit hole of "turning things on and off again" which frankly won't solve the issue.

We just need gsync/fresync users to verify the issue so they'll take note,  i've tried the usual changes, resolutions, screen modes, v-sync on and off....trust me when I say there's nothing realistic you can add in terms of tech support to remedy the situation that I haven't tried, I really mean it.

I just needs users to bump this post so the devs take note.  If you haven't noticed the difference since patch check your monitors refresh rate to your output FPS whilst using gsync/freesync and if that doesn't work try limiting it from within the nvidia 3d application settings or AMD crimson.  Something they did in the last patch broke it and I understand if you haven't noticed unless you run a hardwired refresh rate counter like I do myself.

It's the input lag and screen tearing I can't handle.  But they won't even look into it unless I get the forums to take note.
