Can't change Paypal info

I'm trying to buy subscriber status, but for reasons unknown to me, it says "Thanks, here's your receipt!" and then gives me a blank page. When I go into payment history, it says "Failed". When I try to delete my Paypal information, to re-enter it in case there's something wrong, it says "Are you sure you want to delete your info?" and when I hit "Yes" it loads a second...and then hasn't deleted it. I can't enter my Paypal info, as a result, since it says "That email is already in use".

maybe delete the payment method on the ea/origin account that is likely linked to the swtor account

It just gives me "Operation Failed, please try again later" when I try.

What's odd is that my Origin account has no issues billing for Origin Premier or anything like that, and I've bought several games off ORIGIN using my paypal, but when I go to SWTOR to try and buy Subscriber it just fails with no error message given

not sure you may need to call swtor cs , maybe that origin account isnt the one linked to the swtor account ?

I'd imagine it is, since it uses the same email address, and they both have only my paypal account linked to them, AND they both have the same error issue trying to remove my paypal account.

I was hoping to be able to avoid calling a customer service line but that might be what I'm stuck doing :/

if you have origin access it may not allow the deletion of that payment method until it expires 

What's odd is that it's been taking recurring payments from that paypal account, and it considers it totally valid, but I can't use it specifically for SWTOR. Currently trying to take a look through EA support directly on their live chat feature to see if there's something that can be done there
