Game is not working for me at all

so i got my subscription tokens a few days ago now suddenly the game says i have no subscription and i can't access any of my characters or even play the game. this is a day after i spent money to use in game also the fact that the site for the game will not let me use any card i have or paypal to purchase anything and or pay for a new subscription. My bank has said there is nothing wrong with my card i even tried used a 2nd card and it doesn't work either. Is anyone else having the same issues because i am getting severally frustrated
