OTP for Security Key not arriving in mail
Hello,
My username is "superultrahallo" for SWTOR and I'm a bit new to this, but I'm having some trouble with my account recovery. I no longer had the SWTOR security key app on my phone since I stopped playing for some time. So I went to request a one time password to remove it.
Now the problem is that the mail is not arriving. It's being sent to a hotmail account, I'm not sure how much of it is visible to support staff and the like, but read that there's been some trouble sending mails to that domain in the past. I've sent a mail to support (via the gmail linked to THIS account) a few days ago, with no reply as of now so I'm wondering if anyone here could help?
I believe that my SWTOR account was linked to this or another EA account back when I was active. Which according to my steam sadly was at least over 36 months, said steam account is linked as well. Just not sure what to do? Can a recovery email still be sent at all, do I have to change my mail via contacting mobile customer support?
I just wanted to know if there's something that could be done via text first, since I don't live in one of the four countries for which calling Customer Support is available. So if someone could help me out, it would be greatly appreciated. Either way thank you for your time.
you are best to call swtor support when the lines are open, anything to do with account emails requires account verification whch they will only do with calling
check your mobile plan etc , here in Australia most offer free calls overseas for example, or try voip
