The team have looked into reports of issues with the Jedi Master Kenobi Event, but after their investigation, no new issues were found. Please see the update to the following forum post that states this: Potential Issue with Jedi Master Kenobi Event

We have checked the logs available to us, and cannot see a reason for the crashes you encountered during tier 1 of the Jedi Master Kenobi event. Please have a look at our troubleshooting guide in the hopes that it will help you in the future: Android | iOS.

Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse the Light Side tickets used or grant the shards, sorry.

You have 6 successful attempts at Tier 1 of the JMK event, so you can still earn JMK shards an additional 2 times from Tier 1 to gain enough shards to unlock JMK.

@EA_UltraSlide ridiculous. It's your game's fault I only have 6 successful attempts. I had enough tickets for 8 and tried it 8 times, but it crashed twice.

Can you not offer back the crystals spent on energy as a good will gesture, as this has happened twice in a row?

@KasperBoom1 Yes, I spent nearly 3000 extra crystals farming tickets to unlock JMK by GAC. Not to mention the crystals I missed out from dealing with this issue today during my arena climb. but EA and CG don't care at all

They could, but they refuse to. The official stance of @EA_UltraSlide is that these thousands of reported crashes on the same event tier are all mysterious coincidences with no explainable cause. Finding a cause would require bench time from an actual QA team, which we know they don’t employ.
