you will need to call swtor support when the lines are open , they can remove the security key so you can reset the password once they verify you as the account holder

Thank you so much for your reply. That is kinda what I figured, but the site told me that I could not unless I had a subscription. And you can't subscribe if you can't get into your account. Was in a catch 22, unsure of what to do, so thank you!

If you check this particular link, which is what the site directed me to, you will see "I'm not a Subscriber " Of which I was not at the time. This directs you to the picture I posted below which says you have to go here....I just followed their directions 🙂 Perhaps they should make it a bit clearer that anyone can use it, not just subscribers. I am aware that I can use it now, but as of last night, I was not.
right at the top of that page it has
edit: mind being pointed here as well isnt all bad some account issues can be resolved here (example) just unfortunately yours is need to call
