PERMANENTLY BANNED for using a Spanish Translation Patch.

I am posting this here because the automated support system is not listening. I want the community and the developers to see how Spanish-speaking players are being treated.

I was permanently banned today. My crime was using a community-made text translation patch to understand the game story. I am not a hacker; I am a fan who has been waiting since 2014 for an official translation that Broadsword/BioWare never provided.

What makes this even worse? I just spent 60 usd on a 60-day subscription and Cartel Coins only 48 hours ago. Is this how you treat paying customers? You take our money and then ban us for trying to read the lore?

Gaste mi dinero hace dos dias y la respuesta de la empresa fue cerrarme la cuenta. Si Broadsword sigue baneando a los latinos por querer entender la historia, nos estan diciendo claramente que no nos quieren en su juego. No somos hackers, somos fans ignorados por mas de una decada.

I demand a human review of my case. Stop flagging localization as a cheat. It is a necessity because you failed to support our language.
