NZ trying to access account

I haven't played in ages, I don't have access to my old security key, and I'm trying to get back in. Is there any other way to get in touch with customer service that doesn't involve a pricey international phone call?

Thanks for any actual help.

If you cant remove it yourself per this guide then you need to call

Check your mobile phone plan, most have free calls as part of the plan these days, Vodafone do for example
