Support said your account is ok now, just need the code to be emailed into support@swtor.com so they can add the gametime.

@proxos666Ok thank you! I just sent them an email with the Time Code
I ended up calling customer service, gave them the code and they 'escalated' it to another team but its been a full day and I haven't heard back from them. Do you know why its taking so long?
some issue on the account, preventing the game time adding, It has been escalated to the studio , hopefully it will be sorted today for you
