I have this exact same issue:
I have this same issue. I tried to purchase the pack and it said someone tried to purchase it for me. I checked the mail and nothing. I then logged out and back in and then the Star Killer pack was no longer in the store. I uninstalled/reinstalled the game and it re-appeared in the store but still gave me the same error. I asked a guildmate to check if I was eligible for the pack for a guild member to purchase and he said I was eligible. The pack then disappeared again and when I tried uninstalling/reinstalling (2 more times) it does not show up in the store for me anymore.

has there been any solution found for this yet? I’ve been trying to contact support via the in game help window about the error and trying to purchase the bundle and it’s been taking 1-2 days before they respond to any message and I haven’t gotten any thing from them
