Lord Vader lightspeed bundle gave me crystals instead of characters

Problem stated in the title. I bought the lord Vader lightspeed bundle on the web store and when I went into the game on my phone I clicked the message in my inbox to claim the pack and it gave me 7,370 crystals instead of the characters. I’ve attached screenshots.

Is anyone else experiencing this? How can I get either a refund or the actual pack to my account? Any help is appreciated.
