Lord Vader lightspeed bundle gave me crystals instead of characters

Question

Problem stated in the title. I bought the lord Vader lightspeed bundle on the web store and when I went into the game on my phone I clicked the message in my inbox to claim the pack and it gave me 7,370 crystals instead of the characters. I’ve attached screenshots.

Is anyone else experiencing this? How can I get either a refund or the actual pack to my account? Any help is appreciated.

Submitted a ticket with EA Help, attach your screenshots there after filling in the information. If I haven’t heard back from them by Monday, contacting bank and disputing charges myself. Thing is the bundle is only up for 1 more hour as of 6:43pst.
